Sticker has been engineered for automation. It's simple to operate, self-adjusting and requires no special skills or make ready. Designed for high volume hard cover bookbinding production. The operator just places the outside covers on the incoming conveyor belt, sewn book block on the wing (while in the home position) and finished, cased-in hard cover books are delivered on the outgoing conveyor belt. This cost effective, casing-in machine can produce up to 400 to 600 books per hour (minimum size: 4" x 6" x 1/32"; maximum: 12" x 14" x 2")
